After the travel contract is concluded, if the tour is canceled due to personal reasons, the travel fee will be refunded per person.
We will charge a cancellation fee at the rates shown in <Table 1 > and < Table 2 > below, and from participating customers, we will charge the difference in the number of guests per room.

A. If the customer does not pay the tour fee by the date specified in Clause 7, we will consider that the customer has no intention of participating in the tour, and the Company will cancel the tour contract on the following day. If the travel fee is not paid by the due date, the Company will assume that the customer has canceled the tour contract on the day following the due date, and will charge a penalty fee as shown in <Table 1 > .

B. If the Company cancels the Tour Contract for the reasons stated in ” (2)? A” in this section, the customer may cancel the Tour Contract by paying a cancellation fee according to ” (1)? Exceptions, if there are any fees already paid or must be paid to the provider of the travel service that could not be provided due to cancellation of the contract, such as cancellation fee, penalty fee, etc. be a burden. In this case, out of our travel fees, we will deduct cancellation fees, penalties, and other nominal expenses that we have paid or will pay to the service provider from the portion of the travel fee that the customer has not yet received. We will deduct the refund .
C. When our company cancels the tour contract due to a.c of this paragraph ( 2 ) -a . Any costs incurred in this case shall be borne by the customer.
D. When the Company cancels the tour cancellation based on the provision of “(2)(a) of this paragraph”, the contractual relationship between the Company and the customer will be extinguished only in the future . In other words, the Company’s obligations related to the travel services already provided to the customer shall be deemed to have been effectively repaid.

In this case, out of our travel fees, we will deduct cancellation fees, penalties, and other nominal expenses that we have paid or will pay to the service provider from the portion of the travel fee that the customer has not yet received. We will deduct the refund .
(2) If our company cancels the tour contract due to a.c of ( 2 ) a.c , we will make the necessary arrangements to return to the departure point at the customer’s expense at the customer’s request . . Any costs incurred in this case shall be borne by the customer.
C. When our company cancels the tour cancellation based on the provisions of “(2) <<2>> a” of this paragraph, the contractual relationship between our company and the customer will be extinguished only for the future . In other words, the Company’s obligations related to the travel services already provided to the customer shall be deemed to have been effectively repaid.
